The data provided by HBenchmark to the Cortina Hotel Association \u2013 presented at the event <\/span>\u2018Cortina 2026 and Beyond: How to Transform the Olympic Experience into a Lasting Legacy for Hospitality?\u2019 <\/b>last April 24th - they report significant evolution: from 2018\/19 to 2024\/25 the average winter occupancy rate has risen from 57.6%to 63.8%, while summer has recorded even better performance, reaching 72.2% last year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Important also the <\/span>growing international appeal<\/b> Today, over two-thirds of summer guests are foreign and, in winter, foreign visitors have outnumbered Italians.<\/span><\/p>\n
