Le analisi elaborate da HB per la DVG evidenziano come Fieracavalli si sia chiusa con un’occupazione pari all’88,3%.<\/p>

In generale ottobre a Verona si \u00e8 chiuso con il 76,9% (+2,9%) di occupazione dove il Comune registra un’occupazione superiore all’80%. Sempre nelle strutture ricettive collocate nel Comune si trova l’occupazione pi\u00f9 alta durante il Ponte di Ognissanti, il quale ha registrato l’86,1%.<\/p>

\u200dI flussi turistici nel Comune dal 31 ottobre al 2 Novembre 2024 sono stati principalmente di italiani, a seguire tedeschi, inglesi, americani e francesi. Si \u00e8 notata anche una crescita di brasiliani rispetto al medesimo periodo del 2023. Per quanto riguarda le strutture collocate in Provincia, oltre agli italiani ci sono stati tedeschi, israeliani, cinesi, americani e inglesi.<\/p>

Interessante \u00e8 notare come i visitatori che soggiornano in citt\u00e0 preferiscono prenotare online tramite le OTA, mentre chi intende soggiornare in provincia tende ad utilizzare ancora il canale off-line (ovvero email, telefono, walk-in).<\/p>

Anche il Lago di Garda ha registrato dati positivi sul Ponte di Ognissanti.<\/p>

Nell\u2019area del Lago di Garda Veneto, invece, ed emerge come in ottobre \u00e8 prevalsa la prenotazione disintermediata, via piattaforme di booking o direttamente in albergo.<\/p>

Il Ponte di Ognissanti ha registrato il 70,9% di occupazione con flussi turistici che arrivano principalmente dal mercato domestico, ma anche turisti da Romania e Slovenia, che solitamente non si collocano nella top 10. La media di occupazione di ottobre \u00e8 stata del 58%.<\/p>\t\t\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
