In particular, international tourism is directing a growing share of budgets towards catering and local food and wine trade, while the relative weight of hospitality is decreasing.<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Focus on Stresa:<\/b> In the first eight months of the year, spending grew by <b data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"68\">2%<\/b> by 2025, with a strong foreign market presence (<b data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"125\">78%<\/b> of the total) and an average ticket of <b data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"166\">49.52 euros<\/b>. Germany, Switzerland and France are listed as the first origin markets.
