Occupancy

Measure the percentage of occupied rooms or accommodation units during a specific period. It allows you to understand the real trend of tourist demand and to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional policies or events in the area.

Average Daily Rate

Indicate the average price paid per room sold. This helps you monitor the average pricing position of the territory, identify any seasonal imbalances and compare the results with similar destinations.

Revenue per Available Room

The only requirement to join the Territorial Project of your Destination is the use of one of the PMS management software already integrated automatically into the HBenchmark ecosystem.

If you don't already have a management system, now is certainly the time to consider one, choosing from the many PMS already integrated automatically.

What does it provide?
It foresees integration within an evolved digital ecosystem through the activation of the H-Benchmark Hospitality Data Intelligence platform. Member facilities will be able to access a wide range of data and indicators useful for real-time monitoring of the local tourism market and their competitive positioning, so as to be able to orient their strategic revenue, marketing, and investment choices with maximum effectiveness and responsiveness.
What are the benefits for organisations that join?
The main advantage will be the ability to increase profitability by comparing one's performance with that of the region, knowing in advance:
