How to join your Destination's Territorial Project

To ensure statistically reliable monitoring of the entire territory, participation in the project is subject to a Application evaluation stage.

1st STEP

Check the minimum requirement

To participate in the Territorial Project, the use of management software (PMS) from our list of active PMS is required. Check all integrated PMS here.

2nd STEP

Register your Property

Register your accommodation on the platform this link. The procedure will not take more than 5 minutes and will end with confirmation of online registration and via email.

3rd STEP

Wait for your PMS to connect

After registration, the HBenchmark team will handle the integration with your PMS. You won't need to do anything, just wait for our confirmation once the integration is complete.

The Hospitality Data Intelligence project is aimed at all accommodation facilities operating in the Genoa territories.
What does it provide?
It foresees integration within an evolved digital ecosystem through the activation of the H-Benchmark Hospitality Data Intelligence platform. Member facilities will be able to access a wide range of data and indicators useful for real-time monitoring of the local tourism market and their competitive positioning, so as to be able to orient their strategic revenue, marketing, and investment choices with maximum effectiveness and responsiveness.
What are the benefits for organisations that join?
The main advantage will be the ability to increase profitability by comparing one's performance with that of the region, knowing in advance:
