Indicate the average price paid per room sold. This helps you monitor the average pricing position of the territory, identify any seasonal imbalances and compare the results with similar destinations.

Revenue per Available Unit

Combine occupancy and ADR to show the overall economic performance of the accommodation sector. It is the key indicator for measuring the economic value generated by tourism in the territory.

It is possible to know the cancellation rate and its aggregated value for your destination for each past or future day, week, or month.

The only requirement to join the project is the use of one of the PMS management software already automatically integrated into the HBenchmark ecosystem.

If you don't already have a management system, now is certainly the time to consider one, choosing from the many pre-integrated PMS options.

The Hospitality Data Intelligence project is aimed at all open-air facilities. If you are a member of Faita Federcamping, you can access special rates.
What does it provide?
It foresees integration within an advanced digital ecosystem through the activation of the Open Air -Benchmark platform. Adhering structures will be able to access a wide range of useful data and indicators to monitor the local tourism market and their competitive positioning in real-time, so as to guide their strategic revenue, marketing, and investment choices with the utmost effectiveness and responsiveness.
What are the benefits for organisations that join?
The main advantage will be the ability to increase profitability by comparing one's performance with that of the region, knowing in advance:
