Ten days before Vinitaly 2025, hotel prices are reaching truly high figures, in some cases exceeding €10,000 for two nights. However, alongside these extreme rates, around fifty offers are priced between €1,000 and €2,000, with some options still available at prices more in line with the peak season. Between April 5th and 8th, the hotel occupancy rate in the Verona area exceeded 80%, standing at 82.5%. In the province alone (excluding the lake area), the rate rises to 87.6%. The data, provided by HBenchmark and analysed by the Verona Garda Tourism Observatory, concern 42 establishments in Verona, with a total of 2,686 rooms, of which over half (1,261 rooms) are located in the city centre.
