The first months of the tourist season confirm the growth trend for Cattolica, which is showing clear improvement in indicators compared to last year, particularly in the spring period.
The analysis of the local accommodation sector – carried out on a sample of 53 hotels with over 2,400 rooms in total – shows an increase in average occupancy of 4.8 percentage points in the period between 1 April and 7 June. The growth has generated an increase in both average revenue per room and overall sector revenues, amounting to almost 700,000 euros in addition compared to the same period of the previous year.
Alongside these positive indicators are the official figures for the first four months of the year, which show a +1,6% On the arrivals front. Consolidated surveys confirm the effectiveness of de-seasonalization strategies and the events calendar, capable of making the destination attractive throughout the summer and spring seasons.
