Analysis by HBenchmark for the Hotel Association reveals that bookings in the Conca are up for the winter season, primarily due to the annual ophthalmology congress S.I.L.O., which will take place between 6th and 8th February 2025.

With two months to go before the event, HBenchmark data already shows an average occupancy rate of 75.41% in high-end establishments, with peaks exceeding 76.1% on the night of 7 February.

The winter season has also performed very well overall, with the Feast of the Immaculate Conception already at 62%, the Christmas period at 69% and the 2025 winter holidays at 59%.
