The latest HBenchmark figures show an average consolidated utilisation rate of 74.1% for June–July (up 6.81 percentage points on the same period in 2023); in particular, the following factors contributed:

• the Cortina Dobbiaco Run (77% in terms of consolidated occupancy)
• the Lavaredo Ultratrail (87%)
• the Dolomites Gold Cup (91% in terms of consolidated occupancy).

During the first two months of summer, Cortina mainly welcomed foreign visitors: Americans (22.2%), Asians (4.8%), British (4.3%), French (4.1%) and Germans (3.3%).

As for August, however, the data shows that employment is 2 percentage points higher than in 2023, with the average employment figure already standing at 64%, rising to nearly 72% in the days leading up to Ferragosto.

September proved to be another strong month for tourism, with an occupancy rate of 57% (+9% on the previous year).
