We have carried out an analysis for the DVG, using a substantial sample of over 45 establishments across the city of Verona (26 in the Municipality of Verona and 20 in the Province of Verona), focusing on the All Saints’ Day long weekend: as of 26 October, the city recorded an occupancy rate of over 40%, with an average stay of 2.7 days within the municipality.

Among the top 3 nationalities, we find bookings from Italy, Germany, and France.

Over the next 60 days, the occupancy rate recorded as at 26 October already stands at around 30% (+6 pp over the last 15 days). The top three nationalities include guests from Italy, Germany and the United States.

As for the Lake, the season ended on a par with 2023, with an occupancy rate of over 80% during the Grape Festival. The HBenchmark data for the Lake Garda DMO was compiled from a sample of 81 accommodation establishments (28 in the Upper Lake area and 53 in the Lower Lake area).
