During the recently concluded edition of Vinitaly (3–8 April), hotel occupancy in Verona reached 85%, exceeding 90% during the peak days of the event. Average rates reached €213, with peaks exceeding €300 on the event’s peak days.

The trend in booking channels is also noteworthy: direct bookings have increased, rising from 54% to 62% in the municipality and from 66% to 72% in the province.

Vinitaly is confirmed as an event with strong appeal, especially for the Italian and American markets, with average stays of 3.7 and 3 days respectively.
