We are proud to have contributed our insights to the second edition of the ‘Protagonists of Upper Adriatic Seaside Tourism’organised by BCC Pordenonese e Monsile, which was held on Tuesday 27 January in Caorle. 

The HBenchmark data was an integral part of the research presented by Attilio Conta of Scouting Capital Advisors on the relevance of the seaside tourism sector in the local economy.

HBenchmark's contribution has enabled the integration of the study of the financial statements of tourism companies on the Veneto coast for 2024 – carried out by Scouting Advisors – with the latest KPIs for the hotel sector in the region, offering an overview of:

• Employment and Trends A comparison between 2025 and the previous two-year period to monitor growth trends in tourist and hotel flows;
• Economic performanceA detailed focus on ADR and RevPAR by hotel category, from 3-star to 4-star Superior.
