On Tuesday 12 May, HBenchmark took part in the spring edition of  Hospitality Industry Update, periodic itinerant event organised by NLH | Next Level Hospitality, hosted for the occasion at the LUGANODANTE Boutique & Lifestyle Hotel in Lugano.

The periodic meeting is designed as an ideas laboratory during which hospitality professionals discuss the sector's most relevant topics, including technology, data analysis, and new trends. 

Representing us on the stage in Lugano was Gabriels Viskars, our Project Manager for the Canton of Ticino.

Together with partners NLH | Next Level Hospitality and a panel of experts, they analysed how to transform data into concrete strategies for increasing profitability and operational excellence.
