On October 21st, we were invited as speakers at the General Assembly of the Members of Federalberghi Riccione, at the Palacongressi in Riccione. In front of about 80 people, including members and guests, the meeting reviewed the 2026 tourism season, starting from two sources: the final data from our hospitality ecosystem data intelligence and the results of the survey conducted by the Luigino Montanari Tourist Observatory.

Marco Borin, Operation Manager of HBenchmark, who closely follows the destination, presented our data.

Analyzing the period from April 1st to September 30th, it highlighted the main employment and pricing trends for summer 2025, the pace of bookings throughout the entire booking window, and the evolution of these indicators in relation to holidays and events.

The collaboration with Federalberghi Riccione has been active for more than a year on a representative sample of accommodation facilities in the destination, with a dual objective: to support the association and the territory with up-to-date data, and to offer hoteliers a concrete tool for analysis and benchmarking to improve the profitability of the facilities through more effective pricing and marketing strategies.

Together with Marco, Claudio Montanari, President of Federalberghi Riccione, Mattia Guidi, Councilor for Tourism of the Municipality of Riccione, Francesco Barbini, Director of CAST – University of Bologna, Laura Vici from the University of Bologna and Andrea Montanari from RivieraBanca also intervened.
