Data and digital innovation are key to reshaping the future of tourism and territory. This is precisely what we will be discussing at 𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the annual benchmark event organised by the 𝐎𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at the Politecnico di Milano, where we will be among the main speakers.

HBenchmark will present the ‘Livigno **Case Study**’: a successful data-driven **Smart Destination** model. Together with our partner Reign we will explain how the integration of data intelligence and the digitisation of ticketing and smart card services allows for the creation of a digital destination ecosystem within which decision-makers can:

• govern real-time flows;
• anticipate market demand using predictive models;
• to improve the experience in the territory for tourists, residents and seasonal workers.
  
  The event will address crucial themes for the sector such as the management of unbalanced tourism, Digital Twins in support of strategic planning, the impact of Artificial Intelligence, and environmental sustainability.
