On 28 May, we had the pleasure of attending as guests a meeting organised by APT Val di Sole, within the scope of “The APT Wednesdays”, a sharing and updating programme aimed at local tourism operators.

In the splendid setting of Castel Caldes, Francesco Traverso, Marco Borin and Elisa Berton presented the data collected by HBenchmark on the recently concluded winter season and shared forecasts for the summer season now upon us, with a look ahead to winter 2025/2026.

The analysis outlines a very positive picture, highlighting growth compared to last year in both the average occupancy rate (+1.2 percentage points for the winter closing, +4.3 percentage points in the figure to date for summer on the same observation date) and in average room sales rates, confirming a constant trend of increasing economic value brought by tourism to the area.

These are numbers that speak of a healthy destination, committed with awareness to the search for balanced tourist development, capable of reconciling the needs and well-being of all stakeholders involved.
